Wednesday's Wonderful Willet

I spent most of today birding the marshlands around the San Jacinto Monument, swatting at mosquitoes and attempting photos of the coming cold front.  This evening will be busy with downloading today’s photos, and planning a tomorrow daytrip in what should be gloriously cool conditions. 

I wanted to celebrate this wonderful Wednesday by sharing this photo, from my TC Dike adventure, of this beautiful slate grey Willet.
